Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Mindfulness Wellness Spa is a fast-growing, highly rated wellness spa in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Due to increased client demand, we are looking for a caring, professional, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
If you are passionate about helping people relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve their overall well-being, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy tailored to each client's needs.
- Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, and other modalities based on your training.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared for each appointment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a relaxing experience for every client.
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and recommended treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current Michigan Massage Therapy License (Required)
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to providing high-quality care
Preferred Skills
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Swedish Massage
- Sports Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Myofascial Release
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Cupping
- Stretching Techniques
- Hot Stone Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage

Preferred Availability
We are especially seeking therapists who are available during our busiest hours:
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Applicants who can consistently work these shifts will be given priority.
