Limitless Performance F.C., a growing youth competitive soccer club based in Takoma Park, Maryland, is seeking a dedicated and motivated coach to join our staff immediately. This position is ideal for someone passionate about developing young players in a positive, competitive and progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, development-focused training sessions
- Coach and manage developmental and travel teams during games and tournaments
- Foster a positive team culture focused on player development, sportsmanship, and teamwork
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership
- Support the overall mission and values of Limitless Performance F.C.
Qualifications
- Previous soccer playing or coaching experience preferred
- U.S. Soccer coaching license preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for youth player development
Compliance Requirements
All coaches must complete the following risk management requirements before coaching:
- Background check
- SafeSport training/compliance
Travel team travel is local and typically limited to about one hour or less from Takoma Park, MD.
