DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Representative will join Formulated Materials LLC, a division of Compellier out of Oklahoma City, OK. We are a building materials supplier and provider of innovative systems designed to elevate and advance the construction industry.
This position will be responsible for growing revenue in the assigned geography through strategic account management and new customer acquisition. The sales executive will partner internally with their regional manager, product managers, and customer service to deliver market share growth. Success in this role requires the ability to engage and influence stakeholders in all phases of the commercial construction process from developers and designers to general contractors and specialty sub-contractors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically plan and execute efficient and effective travel throughout the assigned geography.

Own the business in the geography by being subject matter expert on products and market intel.

Utilize internal and external data to identify and prioritize business growth opportunities.

Plan and execute customer/influencer meetings with a consistent focus on understanding needs.

Deliver tailored business proposals that result in revenue growth through customer partnerships.

Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in any field and 2 years of relevant sales experience ~OR~

Associates Degree in any field and 4 years of relevant sales experience ~OR~

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years of relevant sales experience

Experience closing sales and achieving overall sales goals thru development and winning new business practices

LOCATION AND PAY
The individual selected for this position must reside in Seattle, WA or Las Vegas, NV. Pay is Annual Base Salary plus Commission.
Annual Base Salary:
Las Vegas - Minimum: $69,006.28 - Maximum: $103,509.42
Seattle - Minimum: $80,168.40 - Maximum: $116,754.70
