Tiny T's Daycare Center is a Christian-based childcare center dedicated to providing a loving, safe, and educational environment for children to grow spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. We’re currently hiring Lead Teachers for our Infant to Toddler classrooms who is passionate about early childhood education and grounded in faith-based values.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
- Care for infants and toddlers with patience, love, and attention
- Communicate daily with parents regarding their child’s progress
- Supervise assistant teachers and classroom aides
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health/safety guidelines
- Incorporate Christian values and simple faith-based activities
Qualifications:
- CDA (Child Development Associate) – REQUIRED
- Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Love for working with children and helping them learn
- Must pass a full background check and fingerprinting
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Preferred:
- Experience in a Christian daycare or early childhood setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
