Production Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of sign production and basic installation services, ensuring projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The Production Assistant will work in a fast-paced print and sign manufacturing environment, producing and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with sign fabrication and production
- Installing signage
- Weeding and applying vinyl graphics
- Installing vinyl graphics on vehicles, storefronts, windows, and various substrates
- Preparing materials and equipment for production and installation projects
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
This position involves regular customer interaction; therefore, a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Our goal is to deliver high-quality signage solutions while providing outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
