This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial information, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team.
As a Trust Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our Trust Department by:
Processing trust and investment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records.
Assisting with payments, wire transfers, and scheduled account transactions.
Supporting investment activity and account maintenance.
Working with trust officers, investment advisors, and other team members to ensure exceptional service.
Helping maintain accurate records while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Accounting degree or at least 5 years of accounting experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of investment securities is a plus.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and collaborate.
