Role OverviewBesender is seeking a hands-on Repair Technician I to support basic inspection, repair, and testing of electronic products in a reverse logistics environment. This is an entry-level role with training provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform basic inspection and repair of returned electronic products
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete repair tasks
- Conduct functional testing after repair to ensure product quality
- Accurately record repair results and update system data
- Maintain tools, parts, and a clean work environment
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in warehouse, assembly, or hands-on work preferred
- Basic familiarity with electronic devices (e.g., small appliances, consumer electronics)
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
