We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help grow the Belle Cher brand. This is an on-site position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Position Summary
The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing Belle Cher’s marketing strategy across all channels. This individual will oversee branding, digital marketing, product launches, e-commerce marketing, email campaigns, social media strategy, and advertising while working closely with the owner and leadership team to drive growth.
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys owning projects from concept to execution.
Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen Belle Cher’s brand identity across all platforms.
- Develop seasonal marketing campaigns and launch strategies.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, photography, graphics, and customer experience.
Digital Marketing
- Manage Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Develop and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics.
- Track marketing ROI and key performance metrics.
E-Commerce
- Manage Shopify merchandising and homepage updates.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Improve website merchandising and customer experience.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop monthly marketing calendars.
- Plan campaigns around seasonal launches and promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure launches stay on schedule.
Social Media
- Oversee the social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Coordinate with content creators to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content.
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend new marketing opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic, sales performance, advertising results, and email marketing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Continuously improve marketing performance based on data.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the owner, operations, wholesale, and creative teams.
- Support trade shows, seasonal campaigns, and special projects.
- Assist in developing partnerships and influencer campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing experience (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred).
- Experience managing paid social advertising.
- Shopify experience preferred.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
