R.A.D. Sports is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our growing team.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced estimator to lead cost estimating for civil, site development, and athletic facility projects. The ideal candidate has strong earthwork and site work experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage bid schedules.
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Perform takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Price complex earthwork, grading, drainage, utilities, and site work.
- Identify project risks, logistics, and constructability concerns.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
- Present estimates and recommendations to company leadership.
- Support project handoffs and business development efforts.
- Mentor estimating team members as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of civil construction estimating experience.
- Strong experience with earthwork and site development.
- Senior, lead, or supervisory estimating experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, methods, and engineering principles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Athletic facility construction experience preferred.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Bid2Win, Carlson Takeoff, or similar software.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
