NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED LIGHTING SHOWROOM SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Fort Worth Lighting & Hardware is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Lighting Showroom Sales Representative for our Fort Worth and Weatherford locations.
If you enjoy helping customers create beautiful spaces and have a passion for lighting, home décor, design, or sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors with lighting selections
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Create quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers
- Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, electricians, and designers
- Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required
- Lighting, home décor, furniture, flooring, appliance, or interior design showroom experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work with customers on design and product selections
- Basic computer skills
