About the Role
This position supports our small, bilingual home‑based childcare program serving up to 12 children. We’re looking for a patient, responsible Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with young children and supporting a structured, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support playtime, activities, and outdoor time
- Assist with meals, diapering, and transitions
- Help sanitize toys and maintain a tidy classroom
- Provide general support to the Lead Teacher
- Step into other rooms as needed
- Follow program routines and safety expectations
Qualifications
- Experience with children (babysitting, volunteering, or childcare)
- Responsible, patient, and willing to learn
- CPR/First Aid a plus
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in school
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
