Job Title: Production worker

Pay Range: $18–$19.50 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Dallas. This position is primarily responsible for supporting daily production activities, material movement, assembly, packaging, and general warehouse operations while ensuring products are manufactured and prepared for shipment safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes pride in producing quality work, and is willing to support multiple areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling & Warehouse
- Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished goods.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities.
- Pick and stage materials for production and customer orders.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory counts, and stock replenishment.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training/certification provided if required).
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling practices.
Production & Manufacturing
- Read work orders and follow production specifications.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and follow standard operating procedures.
- Assist in meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling is preferred.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory software experience is beneficial.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is considered an asset.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (required for insurance purposes).
