Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring each guest’s stay exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm and commitment to hospitality will help create a welcoming environment that reflects our company’s dedication to excellence.
Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property
- Ensure all public areas, hallways, and amenities are tidy, inviting, and well-maintained
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Follow established procedures for handling linen, laundry, and waste disposal efficiently
- Assist with inventory management by organizing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide friendly service to guests by responding promptly to requests or inquiries
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required
