Position Overview
We’re hiring multiple Lube Technicians to join our Express Service team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance services accurately and efficiently while completing quality inspections and documenting findings. It’s a strong opportunity for technicians who want steady work, a professional environment, and a path to grow within a dealership service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to manufacturer standards
- Complete multi-point inspections and document results accurately on every RO
- Perform basic maintenance services such as wiper/blade replacement, batteries, and filters as assigned
- Mount/balance tires and complete basic tire services as needed
- Maintain clean, accurate repair orders including notes, parts usage, and labor operations
- Follow shop procedures for safety, vehicle protection, and quality control
- Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain tools and equipment properly
- Work collaboratively with advisors, dispatch, and technicians to support efficient shop flow
Qualifications
- Prior lube/express technician experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and follow a structured process
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the day (lift up to 50 lbs as needed)
- Basic tools preferred (shop support and training provided)
