American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Outpatient Case Manager for a full-time day position requiring a CO or Compact RN license and 3+ years of case management experience.

Full-time day position with weekend rotation

Schedule consists of 3-12 hour shifts totaling 36-40 hours per week

No call requirements

Coordinate inpatients and outpatients throughout the admission process and access to healthcare

Epic EMR experience preferred

Active CO or Compact RN license required

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program

Minimum of 3 years RN Case Management experience required

Hospital Case Management experience required

Proof of flu vaccine required with no exemptions accepted

Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to qualify for this position

Housing may be available for travelers directly through the facility based on availability
