About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for the uptime and reliability of advanced manufacturing assets. You will leverage your expertise in complex control systems and electromechanical troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance and support seamless production cycles.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks across integrated electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to ensure high equipment availability and operational precision.

Install, calibrate, and repair sophisticated AC/DC electrical systems, including motor controls, pilot devices, and solenoid valve arrays.

Analyze equipment data and alignment metrics to implement proactive adjustments and minimize unplanned downtime.

Manage inventory requirements by identifying necessary replacement components and submitting timely material requisitions.

Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO and high-voltage electrical standards.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an industrial electrical role.

Proven technical proficiency with CNC control systems, specifically Fanuc or Siemens 840D/Step 7 platforms.

Demonstrated ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and diagnostic data.

High School Diploma or equivalent, with relevant vocational or military training.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 25+ lbs and meeting vision/hearing standards.

Current certification or successful completion of advanced electrician testing.

Experience with Career Readiness or Work Keys certification programs.

Strong background in troubleshooting automated manufacturing machinery.
