Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking AM prep cook. Must be able to follow directions & recipes.
Duties
- Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service times.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, especially in hotel or catering environments.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to help others in the kitchen as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen atmosphere.
