Job Overview:
We help people with consumer advocacy claims, specifically dealing with the Solar industry. We’re looking for phone sales professionals to help us provide services to potential clients in need. Attractive candidates should have a proven track record in sales, consultative sales skills, and a desire to help people. Responsibilities:
- Leverage communication skills and industry knowledge to instill confidence and excitement in our services.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Take in-bound calls, qualify leads, and ultimately close them for payment and service agreement.
- Utilize CRM for tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and reporting sales activities.
- Coordinating with the law firm on client case acceptance.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with technology and typing.
- Strong communication skills, both with prospective clients and within corporate activities.
- Coachability.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing leads and active cases.
- Knowledge and continual self-education regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to paint a picture for what our process and success looks like with our services.
- History of maintaining pipelines, hitting KPI’s and metrics, and ultimately achieving revenue goals.
