Sales Representative – Lawn Care & Landscaping
Mag’s Lawn Care Services is looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is focused on working directly with potential and existing clients who have requested estimates for lawn care, landscaping, tree work, property cleanups, and other outdoor services.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with clients who have requested estimates
- Schedule and attend in-person estimates at residential and commercial properties
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, wants, budget, and overall vision
- Evaluate properties and determine the work, materials, and labor needed
- Provide professional recommendations and solutions based on the client's goals
- Prepare and present accurate quotes and estimates
- Clearly explain the proposed scope of work and answer client questions
- Follow up on outstanding estimates and work to convert opportunities into scheduled jobs
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Communicate job details clearly with our office and production crews
- Look for additional opportunities to help clients improve and maintain their properties
- Represent Mag’s Lawn Care Services professionally while in the field
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and in person
- Sales-minded and confident asking for the business
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and appointments
- Able to listen to clients and recommend solutions rather than simply giving a price
- Landscaping, lawn care, tree service, construction, or home-service experience is a plus
- Ability to learn how to properly evaluate and price different types of outdoor projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
