We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children across various age groups. This role involves developing curriculum, implementing effective teaching strategies, and supporting children's overall development. Experience with early childhood education, classroom management, and specialized instruction such as special education or Montessori methods is highly valued. The Teacher will play a vital role in fostering a love of learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and individual student needs
- Plan and execute engaging lesson plans across subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and other core areas
- Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment through effective behavior management techniques
- Support early intervention strategies for children requiring additional assistance in development or learning challenges
- Utilize classroom management skills to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor student progress and inform instruction
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods such as Montessori or other specialized approaches to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support student welfare and address individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and developmental milestones
- Foster social-emotional growth by promoting positive interactions, communication skills, and child welfare practices

Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
- Request for high school and college transcripts
- Conpetent in multiple subjects
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and standardized testing procedures
- Certification in the teaching field or minimum Bachleor degree
- Experience working in public or private schools
- Strong writing and math skills are ideal
- Passion for fostering a supportive learning environment that promotes child welfare and overall development
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
