Overview
Join our team as a Part Time Inventory Associate on the first shift, working Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 7am to 3pm. You'll play a vital part in maintaining efficient stock levels, supporting procurement activities, and optimizing logistics processes—all while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment activities to ensure accurate stock levels across the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including materials handling, order fulfillment, and materials management
- Perform data collection to identify trends and improve inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics teams on demand planning and process improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or supply chain disruptions to implement effective solutions
Skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse distribution processes
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems such as Metrc and/or Treez.
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets for decision-making
- Knowledge of logistics operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with demand planning, inventory control techniques, and category management strategies
