We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our expanding manufacturing team, where you will take full ownership of our inventory workflows and provide essential support to our purchasing, shipping, and production departments in a highly collaborative setting.
Core Responsibilities-
Manage production materials by selecting, staging, and arranging components for assembly tasks.

Facilitate the movement of materials across the shop floor using a pallet jack to help maintain a seamless production flow.

Monitor stock levels, update inventory logs, execute cycle counts, and ensure adequate replenishment.

Verify that all purchased and customer-provided items are correctly identified and tracked to ensure project success.

Collaborate with shipping, purchasing, and customer service teams to mitigate material shortages and maintain project timelines.

Contribute to weekly production discussions to help drive improvements in overall inventory precision and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications-
Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant background in stockroom management, material handling, or manufacturing production.

Demonstrate proficiency with Bills of Materials (BOMs), work orders, and manufacturing job documentation.

Maintain the physical ability to operate a pallet jack and lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis.

Utilize strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and various ERP platforms to manage data effectively.

Exhibit a self-driven attitude to handle priorities independently and foster strong cross-departmental communication to solve issues.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience operating a forklift.

Proven track record in conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.

Working knowledge of production planning software or ERP tools like Monday.com or NetSuite.

Background in managing customer-supplied inventory or project-based manufacturing environments.
Work Schedule-
Monday through Friday

7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Ability to adjust start or end times occasionally as business needs dictate

Limited overtime requirements, generally ranging from 0 to 5 hours weekly
