We provide dependable IT support, computer repair, network services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and technology consulting.
We are growing and looking for a dependable, customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional with at least two years of hands-on technical support or computer repair experience.
The right candidate will be comfortable diagnosing hardware and software problems, setting up computers, assisting customers, and handling day-to-day support requests. You should enjoy solving problems, communicating with customers, and continuing to build your technical skills.
This position includes a mix of in-shop bench work, remote support, and occasional onsite service for local clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues
- Set up, configure, and deploy new computers and related equipment
- Perform Windows installations, updates, data transfers, and system cleanups
- Troubleshoot printers, email, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to business and residential customers
- Assist with Microsoft 365, user accounts, passwords, and common business applications
- Remove malware and help customers improve the security of their devices
- Document completed work, technical findings, and customer information
- Maintain an organized and professional work area
- Escalate more advanced technical issues to senior technicians when necessary
- Assist senior engineers with larger installations and IT projects
Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on IT support, computer repair, help desk, or technician experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows desktops and laptops
- Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, printers, and connectivity problems
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and VPNs
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to nontechnical customers
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple service requests
- Willingness to learn new technologies and accept feedback
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel
Experience with an MSP, Active Directory, servers, RMM tools, or business networks is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
