We're looking for a Project Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving complex challenges, and leading projects from concept through installation.
You'll be the central point of communication that keeps customers informed, projects on schedule, and teams aligned from kickoff through installation. Working directly with customers while coordinating designers, production teams, installers, vendors, and suppliers, you'll help deliver projects that make a visible impact in our communities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Project Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers while coordinating every phase of their projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build trusted customer relationships through exceptional service and expert guidance.
- Manage projects from initial consultation through production, installation, and successful completion.
- Prepare estimates, project plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with customers, designers, production staff, installers, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Anticipate challenges, communicate proactively, and resolve issues before they affect project success.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Keep customers informed throughout every stage of their projects.
- Recommend products and solutions that best meet each customer's goals, budget, and timeline.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Support teammates and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

- Experience in project management, account management, customer service, estimating, or consultative sales.

- Confidence making decisions and solving problems independently.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn estimating and project management software.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN
Experience in one or more of these industries is a plus:

- Commercial Printing
- Large Format Graphics

- Purchasing or Procurement
Industry experience is highly preferred. However, if you've successfully managed complex customer projects in construction, manufacturing, commercial printing, architecture, engineering, or another project-based business, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
