Remote TikTok LIVE Streamers & Recruiting Managers — No Experience Needed
Stream City Agency is growing, and I’m personally looking for motivated people to build a strong team with me.
I own and operate the LIVE streaming agency, and I have extensive experience both as a LIVE streamer and managing creators. I’m laid-back, outgoing, talkative, and easy to work with — but I’m serious about building a team of quality people who are willing to learn and put in the work.

We provide training, guidance, tools, and ongoing support. There is no fee to join or for our training.
POSITION 1: LIVE STREAMER / CREATOR
Want to start LIVE streaming but don’t know how?
We’ll help teach you from the beginning.
We provide:
- LIVE access support for eligible new accounts through the creator network program
- 1-on-1 training and coaching
- Guidance on how TikTok LIVE works
- Audience engagement training
- Help learning gifts, Diamonds, rankings, battles, and LIVE features
- Opportunities to connect and LIVE with other creators
- Community support
- Help understanding restrictions and account issues
- Ongoing management and coaching
How creators earn:Creators earn through TikTok LIVE based on eligible virtual gifts and other applicable TikTok monetization features. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on the creator’s LIVE activity, audience, gifts received, eligibility, and TikTok’s applicable terms and policies.
Our job is to teach, guide, support, and help creators develop their LIVE skills.
POSITION 2: CREATOR RECRUITING MANAGER
No recruiting or management experience is required.
I will personally teach you how to do the job.
You’ll receive access to the tools we use to recruit and manage creators, including your own recruitment/application link and available management tools.
Your day-to-day responsibilities can include:
- Searching TikTok’s For You Page for potential LIVE creators
- Identifying newer creators with potential
- Using provided tools to determine creator eligibility/availability
- Reaching out to potential creators
- Using our pre-written recruiting scripts or developing your own approach
- Helping interested creators complete the onboarding process
- Managing the creators you recruit
- Building relationships with your team
- Teaching creators what you’ve learned
- Helping creators understand restrictions and LIVE issues
- Encouraging creators to remain active and improve their performance MANAGER COMPENSATION
Recruiting managers are paid based on the qualifying performance of the creators they successfully recruit and manage.
Compensation can include:
- Monthly performance-based cash payments tied to qualifying Diamonds generated by your creator team
- Additional activity/performance bonuses
- Bonuses for qualifying creator milestones
- Opportunities to earn more as your team grows and performs
Specific compensation rates, eligibility requirements, and payment terms will be explained before you begin.
