Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales / Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. This demanding job requires someone with a passion for all aspects of the medical aesthetic industry. As a Sales / Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for consultative sales and client relations, promoting and selling the range of services and products we offer, including CoolSculpting, BTL Suite (EMSculpt EMTone, EMFace), BOTOX and injectables, fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell services and products through consultations with clients.
- Work alongside the reception staff, scheduling appointments and ensuring clients are prepared for upcoming appointments with pre-care procedures and are aware of contraindications of the procedures prior to appointment.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable with a warm greeting, friendly attitude, and an offer of a beverage or snack.
- Provide detailed information and advice to clients on our services and products, tailored to their specific needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional service experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the med spa's revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and wellness industry, particularly in aesthetics and non-invasive treatments.
- Coordinate with the spa's team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and products, including CoolSculpting, BTL Suite(EMSculpt EMTone, EMFace), BOTOX and injectables, fillers, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Passionate about client satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
Requirements:
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to effectively sell products and upsell services
- Familiarity with the MindBody software
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
