**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be knowledgeable about various drink recipes. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system - Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales - Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies **Experience:** - Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred - Knowledge of cash handling procedures - Familiarity with brewing techniques and drink recipes - Understanding of food safety guidelines - Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions - Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus - Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment Join our team and enjoy a dynamic work environment where you can showcase your bartending skills while providing exceptional service to our customers.
