Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
R.J. Fregenti Associates in Jericho is seeking an experienced, licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for a full time position.
You’ll be matching your insurance industry knowledge with your outstanding customer service skills to ensure our clients have the right coverage to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Using your excellent problem solving skills, you’ll be obtaining insurance quotes and shopping renewals.
- Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in answering client questions, helping clients with payments, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Your relationship building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
- Your strong adherence to procedure will be necessary to obtain and update client information and assist clients with policy changes.
Required Skills
- Property & Casualty License - NY State
- 3+ years Insurance Customer Service experience
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and Agency Management software knowledge. AMS360 a +++
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary commensurate with experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
