In this on-site role, you will be a key player in ensuring our community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Curb Appeal: Perform essential landscaping duties, including regular mowing and general grounds upkeep.
- Home Turnovers: Execute "make-ready" processes for vacant homes, including de-trashing and preparing units for new residents.
- General Repairs: Perform basic carpentry and minor structural repairs as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Monitor the community to identify and resolve safety or appearance issues promptly.
Qualifications
Must have own truck and tools
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a track record of consistent attendance.
- Hands-on Skills: Proficiency in basic carpentry and the use of hand/power tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Previous experience or basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems is a plus, though not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
