Seeking a full-time experienced Service Technician – Well Treatment Division
As a Water Treatment Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial water treatment and well system equipment. Key responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow established installation, maintenance, and service procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain water treatment systems, water softeners, filtration equipment, and related well system components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with existing customer water treatment and well equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and health and safety requirements during service and installation activities.
- Complete assigned daily service and installation schedules in a timely and professional manner.
- Assemble, install, and service water treatment equipment using supplied parts, tools, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operation, maintenance requirements, and recommended solutions to customers.
- Accurately document service work, repairs, and installations performed in the field.
- Responsible for notifying supervisor of any potential safety or equipment issue, immediately
- Responsible for wearing appropriate safety/protective clothing/gear
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-2 Experience with plumbing & electrical
- Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background/driving check is required
- Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Ability to work in a team setting or individual setting
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Clean driving record with minimum 3 years of holding a license
Compensation
- Full Time: 40-50+ hour work week
