DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose: Promote Excluservice standards for superior client service, employee collaboration, and facility management. Act as a liaison by representing the facility to service clients.
Job Duties:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by accurately determining service needs and documenting all relevant client and vehicle information on the repair order. Verify client approval before work begins.
- Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by identifying client needs and demonstrating a thorough understanding of BMW and other European automotive service lines. Share leads with the Sales Department when appropriate.
- Ensure repair orders are accurate and complete by reviewing all copies and supporting documentation. Inspect vehicles and apply the proper tools and resources to identify service needs, minimizing comebacks due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager, Shop Dispatcher, and technicians to communicate repair details, timelines, and client expectations. Assign vehicles appropriately and ensure promised completion times are realistic.
- Oversee the quality and accuracy of requested vehicle repairs and services by inspecting completed work prior to client delivery. Communicate proactively about changes in delivery times or additional needed repairs. Personally deliver the vehicle back to the client whenever possible to ensure a positive experience.
Social Media:
In addition to client service responsibilities, you’ll also help tell the story of Excluservice online. This includes capturing photos, sharing updates, and occasionally going live to give followers a behind-the-scenes look at the exciting cars and projects we’re working on. The goal is to keep our social media presence fresh, fun, and engaging, while showcasing the personality of our team and the high-quality work we deliver every day.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
