We're looking for a Senior Designer who can take full ownership of project design without supervision, from initial concept through construction completion. You'll work on projects of all sizes, styles, and levels of complexity, refining and elevating design concepts while balancing client objectives and budget at every phase.
What You'll Do

Design and lead projects of all sizes, styles, budgets, and complexity levels without supervision

Refine and elevate design concepts while balancing client goals and budget across all phases

Consistently exceed firm standards for schedule and design quality

Create and QC high-quality deliverables that minimize review cycles for client approvals, permitting, and construction

Develop custom construction details that give builders clear, precise direction

Represent the firm at a high level in interactions with clients, prospective clients, contractors, and trade professionals

Lead design on high-visibility projects that help attract new business
What We're Looking For

8+ years of professional design experience

Professional degree in a design discipline

Licensure or certification required (NCARB, NCIDQ, or equivalent)

Demonstrated excellence across multiple design styles

Strong, polished client-facing presence
