Travel Psychologist – Leavenworth, KS
Location: Midwest Regional, Leavenworth, KS
Duration: 6 Months (Initial Contract)
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | 8-Hour Shifts
Position Summary
Seeking a licensed Psychologist to provide mental health services in a correctional setting. Responsibilities include psychological assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, counseling, and collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology (PhD/PsyD)
- Active, unrestricted Psychology license in the practicing state
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (including 1 year in a similar role)
- Valid Driver's License
- BLS Certification
- Board Eligible (required for privileges)
- U.S. Citizenship required (ICE clearance)
Clearance
- ICE background clearance required (typically 4–6 weeks)
