Alliance Concrete Pumps is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking team player to join our Service Team in Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose concrete pump trucks to determine scope of work to be performed
- Repair, replace and test components
- Communicate progress of repair with direct supervisor as required
- Maintain and complete all necessary reports legibly and in a timely fashion for parts ordering, special tooling usage, daily service reports, and work order closure
- Maintain work area and/or service vehicle in a safe and clean manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills Required:
- Demonstrated diagnostic and troubleshooting skills of electrical, hydraulic components and air schematics
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization including the client, the management team, other work crews, and subordinates
- Self motivated and can perform under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team, resourceful and work with minimal supervision
- The care and use of hand and power tools employed in all phases of heavy equipment mechanical maintenance and repair work
- Must be able to lift 50# approximately 5 times a day
- Excellent attendance is required
