Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of lawns and mulch beds. This role requires a strong understanding of lawn & landscape maintenance practices, as well as the ability to operate equipment. The Grounds Maintenance manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept & maintained.
Requirement
- MOST POSSESS A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND AN ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK
- Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in a wide range of climatic conditions including extremes of heat
- Operate hand tools and machinery for various grounds maintenance activities.
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment safely.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
