This is a cross-trained role where team members will learn and be responsible for all positions in the restaurant, including food preparation, cashiering, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality food items efficiently and according to company standards, including slicing meats, assembling sandwiches, and maintaining food safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across the restaurant, including food handling, bussing tables, and cleaning workstations to ensure a safe environment
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices in the kitchen and dining areas
- Support team members with various tasks such as food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring overall restaurant cleanliness to promote smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha, or Micros is helpful but not necessary
- We provide full on-the-job training so you can learn as you go and gain valuable skills
- Strong time management and basic math skills are helpful for success, but a willingness to learn is what matters most!
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
