The pay range for this position is $17/hr. This range represents the pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.

Banquet Server Responsibilities:
Event Preparation & Setup
- Read Event Orders: Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand the menu, timeline, and room layout.
- Table Settings: Arrange tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces according to specific event requirements.
- Station Prep: Prepare side stations, brew coffee, and set up drink or snack stations.
Active Service
- Food Delivery: Transport plated meals or manage buffet lines, serving guests in an organized and efficient manner.
- Beverage Service: Pour and replenish water, coffee, wine, and other beverages throughout the event.
- Guest Assistance: Address guest needs, handle special dietary requirements, and alert management to any complaints.
Breakdown & Cleanup
- Clearing: Bus tables by removing used plates, glasses, and silverware.
- Tear Down: Fold linens, pack away event equipment, and clear the room for subsequent functions.
- Restocking: Clean the service back-hall, wash hands to adhere to sanitary guidelines, and properly store catering supplies
