JL&F Plumbing is seeking an experienced, dependable Service Plumber to join our growing team. We are looking for plumbers who have a strong background in residential service plumbing and can confidently diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with minimal supervision.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience working for another plumbing company. This position is intended for experienced plumbers only. Employment history must be provided. References from previous employers are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions.
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning, repairs, and related services.
- Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing components.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.
- Follow all plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Safely lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience working for another plumbing company.
- Verifiable employment history.
- References from previous employers preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with sewer and drain cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Wages will be discussed during the in-person interview.
