We utilize evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while fostering a collaborative culture where Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Teachers, Behavior Specialists, Nurses, and Administrators work together every day to create life-changing outcomes.What You'll DoClinical LeadershipDevelop and oversee Physical Therapy programming across the schoolDesign and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goalsConduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluationsMonitor student progress and adjust programming based on dataProvide both direct and consultative Physical Therapy servicesCollaborate closely with families, educators, and related service providersTeam LeadershipSupervise and mentor Physical Therapists and the Adapted Physical Education TeacherFacilitate department meetings and ensure consistency across programmingSupport professional development and ongoing staff trainingConduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedbackSchool-Wide ImpactPartner with school leadership on initiatives that promote student wellness, physical activity, and functional independenceAssist with school wide programs and events such as: Special Olympics, Field Day, and swim tripsParticipating in community outings and experiential learning opportunitiesWhat Makes This Role Truly Unique?Many Physical Therapy leadership roles focus solely on clinical oversight.
