1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6AM-2:30pm - $19.00/Hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM-10:30pm - $19.75/Hour
3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10pm-6:30pm - $20.50/Hour
Overtime: As needed, including occasional Saturdays

Primary Role: The Production Crew Member is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of masa flour through operation of equipment, material handling, sanitation, and packaging processes. This role is essential to maintaining production flow, food safety compliance, and product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Crew Members must be able to rotate between workstations and departments based on operational needs. This includes working in various processing areas and performing a range of production-related tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor PLC-controlled production systems.
- Perform cooking, steeping, drying, milling, grinding, sanitation, and packaging processes.
- Rotate between production workstations and departments as assigned.
- Monitor product flow, machine performance, and quality standards..
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas in accordance with GMP standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to ensure compliance with FDA manufacturing regulations and operational goals.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and finished goods.
- Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting and assist with basic maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate production records as required.
Safety & Compliance Requirements
Employees are required to comply with all company safety policies, plant rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA and FDA guidelines.
Failure to adhere to safety procedures or regulatory requirements may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to rotate between job assignments and departments
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Ability to operate or become certified to operate forklifts and scissor lifts
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to wear required PPE, including respirator protection
Preferred
- Experience operating PLC systems
- Prior food manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience
