Job Summary
Modani Care, a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors and adults, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to join our team of caregivers in Buffalo, Missouri. As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Responsibilities
Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, eating, and medication management
Assist with mobility, transfers, and treatments as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment, including off-site laundry and equipment cleaning
Correspond with clients, families, and healthcare teams to keep everyone informed and updated
Assist with toileting and other essential daily living activities
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
