EmpowerHome Team – Florida is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Agent to step into a proven, high-performance system with a constant flow of pre-qualified buyer and seller appointments.
Our mission is simple:
Serve 100 families per month in Celebration, FL
To reach that goal, we are looking for motivated agents ready to plug into a system that already generates results—no guessing, no cold calling, no chasing leads.

Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:-
Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them through the transaction process

Convert pre-set appointments into closed deals

Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM and systems

Deliver a high-level client experience that drives referrals

Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients

Manage your pipeline, calendar, and appointments efficiently

Participate in weekly training and team coaching
Qualifications:-
Active Real Estate License (required)

Full-time availability and commitment to production
