Located in the beautiful foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Dancing Bear Lodge is known for warm hospitality, elevated guest experiences, and a peaceful luxury mountain atmosphere. We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Members to join our hospitality team.

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Available
- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
- Schedule Requirements: Must have availability on both Saturday and Sunday
- Flexible weekday scheduling available based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, cottages, and public spaces to brand standards
- Refresh guest amenities and restock housekeeping supplies
- Ensure rooms are guest-ready with attention to detail and cleanliness
- Report maintenance concerns or damaged items promptly
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Help create a relaxing, memorable experience for every guest
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
