Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.
- Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas.
- Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas.
- Perform basic landscaping duties.

Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed.
- Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools.

- Exposure to varying weather conditions, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
