Redlands Community College Women’s Soccer Program is seeking qualified candidates for the position of 2nd Assistant / Driver for women’s soccer. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week. This position reports directly to the Head Coach for Women’s Soccer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program
- Assist with practice and game-day setup, breakdown, and logistics
- Provide safe and reliable transportation for student-athletes to and from games, tournaments, and other team-related activities
- Assist with recruiting efforts
- Perform other duties assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have significant playing experience at the collegiate level
- Candidate must also be authorized to work in the United States as a pre-condition of employment
- Previous coaching experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level is preferred

Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites. These notifications are primarily sent if the incident poses an ongoing safety threat as determined by the President of the College or his designee.
