Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic/Commercial Boiler Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R). This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial settings, Boiler experience is required but not limited to diagnostics of hot water and steam systems, power burners, controls and pumps. Both will work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC / Boiler equipment.
Skills
- OSHA 30 & 608 Certifications, Min. 7 Years Commercial Field Experience - both Heating & Air Conditioning Systems Diagnosis & Repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on HVAC/R systems.
- Proficiency in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating service vehicles.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards, Exp but not limited to Liebert Systems, Intellipaks, AAON, Desert Airs, Munters, various Computer Room Apparatus, VAV Systems, Commercial Boilers, Heating Systems, Building Automation Systems, VFD Drives.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
