QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous New Car Dealership BDC experience is required.
- You must be comfortable being measured by your results. We reward performance, not attendance.
- Elite phone skills and the absolute ability to "sell the appointment" every time.
- You must be a solution-oriented team player who thrives in a structured setting.
- A sharp, positive professional attitude. We maintain a winning culture and have a zero-tolerance policy for complacency or workplace drama.
- Mastery of inbound/outbound phone scripts and digital communication to convert leads into firm, confirmed showroom appointments.
