Job description:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of 2-3 days in office per week. Candidates must be willing to commute to Upland, CA

Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Respond to emails and route inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Assist with coordination of office needs during in-person days
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide general support to leadership and team members
Qualifications
- 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and communication tools (e.g., Teams)
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
- Must be willing to commute to Upland, CA as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
