We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to connect with homeowners, identify potential home improvement needs, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll engage with customers in local neighborhoods, learn about their gutter and home protection concerns, and schedule consultations for the sales team.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll serve as an important connection between homeowners and the in-home sales process. By recognizing potential customer needs, asking the right questions, and creating quality sales opportunities, you’ll help build a consistent pipeline of leads. Strong communication, attention to detail, and reliable follow-up will be key to your success.
Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist
- Proactively engage with homeowners in neighborhoods to introduce gutter protection solutions and generate leads.
- Speak with homeowners about common gutter concerns and explain the benefits of maintenance-free gutter protection.
- Ask questions to understand homeowner needs, property concerns, and interest in potential solutions.
- Identify and qualify prospective customers for consultations with the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and ensure qualified leads are properly communicated to sales representatives.
- Follow up with interested homeowners to maintain engagement and encourage them to schedule a consultation.
- Accurately document homeowner information, needs, and appointment details.
- Track lead generation activity and performance while working toward individual and team goals.
- Represent the company professionally and provide a positive experience during every customer interaction.
Qualifications of the Lead Generation Specialist
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or marketing is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain home improvement solutions in a simple and relatable way.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Confident approaching and speaking with homeowners.

Pay: $1,250.00 - $1,750.00 per week
