Full-Time | $36.00–$40.00/Hour | Multiple Shifts Available
We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our manufacturing team at multiple locations. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment to support safe and efficient operations.
We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals with strong electrical and industrial maintenance experience who are seeking stable, long-term employment with competitive pay and benefits.
$36.00–$40.00 per hour based on experience

Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and identify root causes of failures
Repair or replace defective equipment components to minimize downtime
Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and maintenance documentation
Complete maintenance records and work orders accurately
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience required
Experience troubleshooting industrial production equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical repair knowledge
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
